Do you send tickets out?

No we don’t send physical tickets out, all we need on the night is the name of the person who booked the tickets and any other associated names.

I have paid for my tickets but haven't received an email.

Confirmation emails are sent out pretty much instantly, if you can’t see it please check your junk/spam folder.If you are still unable to locate the email please contact us and we will resend it.

What time should i arrive at the event?

We ask guests to arrive around 10 minuets before the stated event start time.If your running late don’t panic, just give us a call (717) 398-0458.

I paid a deposit, when does the remainder of the balance need paying?

Payment is due 4 weeks before the event.Payment requests are sent out approximately 5 weeks before the event.

I can't make it, can i have a refund?

In some cases yes, although the refund amount is time dependent.  Please visit our Refund Policy page for more info.
