Common questions we get asked
No we don’t send physical tickets out, all we need on the night is the name of the person who booked the tickets and any other associated names.
Confirmation emails are sent out pretty much instantly, if you can’t see it please check your junk/spam folder.If you are still unable to locate the email please contact us and we will resend it.
We ask guests to arrive around 10 minuets before the stated event start time.If your running late don’t panic, just get in touch.
Absolutely! we encourage it.
Payment is due 4 weeks before the event.Payment requests are sent out approximately 5 weeks before the event.
